Clients are always asking me what is CranioSacral Therapy and how does it work..
So because of demand I am running another workshop for anyone who would like to find out more  about Craniosacral Therapy and get hands on experience of this extraordinary and far reaching therapy.

For the complete layperson the workshop will provide a starter kit of simple but very useful techniques for home use in many routine situations on yourself, family, friends and even pets.

For the healthcare practitioner or student who may be contemplating professional training this workshop is an ideal taster and confidence builder.

For everyone this workshop provides a fascinating and enjoyable two days to what could be a personal turning point.
All Practical work is demonstrated and taught in simple units along with clearly presented theory.

 Craniosacral Therapy was originated and developed by American Osteopathic Physician Dr John Upledger DO OMM. He took the work of Dr W.G Sutherland developer of cranial osteopathy and expanded upon his concepts cranial bone mobility to include a whole body approach incorporating the Craniosacral system and the body’s fascial connectivity. He strongly believed that this treatment modality should be available to all practitioners having a sensitivity of touch and a good intention.

 I began my Craniosacral career in 2005 after Craniosacral Therapy was recommended by my  ENT Consultant, after being successful treated for Menieres Disease when nothing else had helped I felt inspired to train in this amazing therapy. I am a fully qualified practitioner and Member of the Craniosacral Society. I work full time at my own busy Practice, Falmouth Natural Health Practice and one day a week at Hilsea Natural Health Practice in St Austell.
